Both major events are anchored on the core theme, “Leveraging Diaspora Assets for Sustainable Homeland (Anambra) Development.”

The Lecture and Awards Dinner is scheduled for Saturday, November 7, 2026, starting at 12:00 noon at the Colonades Hotel, 21 Kingsway Road, Ikoyi, Lagos. The upcoming lecture session will explore actionable frameworks for channelling diaspora remittances, venture capital, technology transfer, and professional expertise into productive economic ventures within Anambra State. Through structured networks of town unions and community associations, AASDU Lagos aims to bridge the gap between impactful development projects and prospective global investors.

Highlighting the significance of community leadership, the programme will be held under the chairmanship of Chief Enuma Obinwa, President of Nigerians in the Diaspora, Central African Republic.
