The President of the Guild of Corporate Online Publishers, (GOCOP) and publisher of Realnews magazine has decried the rising incidents of online threats against journalists, reports ITREALMS.

Chigbo in her keynote at a Safety Symposium organised by Media Centre for Promotion of Safety Awareness (MCPOSA), publishers of Safety & Security Watch, on Thursday in Lagos, said that journalism profession has been largely misunderstood by the public, who have various expectations of the media.
