How did you come about your brand name?

The name "Brilliant" came up after my tertiary education; a friend of mine just looked into my eyes and said do you know you are brilliant? From there, I picked the name and worked around it till date, eventually it got registered.

NIN-SIM policy: NCC warns MNOs, licensed agents to follow procedures - ITREALMS


The Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC) has warned Mobile Network Operators (MNOs), their licensed agents and telecom subscribers to ensure they follow procedures in complying with the Subscriber Identity Module (SIM) registration.

NCC also to apply the procedures as laid down in Revised National Identity Policy for SIM Registration in the activation and replacement of SIMs.

The Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC) has insisted that Mobile Network Operators (MNOs), their licensed agents and telecom subscribers should always comply with the Subscriber Identity Module (SIM) registration, activation and replacement procedures as set out in the Revised National Identity Policy for SIM Registration.
    
The Commission made the request during the 6th Edition of the Telecom Consumer Town Hall on Radio (TCTHR), a radio-based interactive consumer outreach programme of the Commission, broadcast under the auspices of NCC Digital Signature, the Commission’s flagship radio programme.

Danbatta hands over to Mr. Barry, the new WATRA Chairman, during the 19th Annual General Meeting of the Assembly in Conakry, Republic of Guinea recently.

The Association of Licensed Telecommunication Operators of Nigeria (ALTON) has commenced implementation with the Federal Government’s directive barring outgoing calls of subscribers who have yet to link their National Identification Number (NIN) with their SIM reports ITREALMS.
Investigations by ITREALMS showed that mobile operators across board have as at Tuesday 12am starting the partial barring of outgoing calls.

The Federal Government (FG) has directed telecommunications operators in the country to bar outgoing calls on unlinked lines from April 4, 2022, reports 
ITREALMS.
According to the Minister of Communications and Digital Economy, Isa Ali Ibrahim Pantami, the President, General Muhammadu Buhari, retired, has approved the implementation of the policy with effect from Monday, 4th of April, 2022.

Two operatives on patrol killed by unknown gunmen in Anambra - ITREALMS


A team of patrol operatives of the Federal Road Safety Corps comprising of an Officer, a driver and two other staff on patrol operations have been  attacked by unknown gunmen leading to the death of two personnel with one sustaining severe injuries, reports ITREALMS.

The Marshal, Corps Public Education Officer at FRSC, Mr Bisi Kazeem in a press statement available to ITREALMS said the Patrol team were conducting routine patrol operations Sunday afternoon being, 03 April, 2022 at about 2:45 pm along Igbo-Ukwu-Uga route in Anambra State when the armed men opened fire at them killing two of the Corps personnel with one escaping into the bush and the team leader rushed to the hospital after sustaining severe injuries from the attack.
