As the global community commemorates World Water Day 2026, Fairaction Nigeria has called for a technology-driven approach to ending 'water poverty,' unveiling its Sustainable Smart Water Infrastructure (SWIs) as a blueprint for climate-resilient utility management in rural Africa, reports ITREALMS.

Speaking at a keynote address in Arulogun, Akinyele Local Government Area, the National Coordinator of Fairaction Nigeria, Dr. David Tola Winjobi, emphasized that traditional water projects are no longer sufficient to meet the United Nations Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 6.
