A former Minister in the first republic and convener of Pan Niger Delta Forum (PANDEF), Chief EK Clark has described the late Kalabari Monarch, King Prof. T.J.T Princewill as a a perfect gentle man, imbued with dignity, reports ITREALMS.
He made this declaration during a visit by the members of the Central Working Committee on the burial programme for the Kalabari Monarch led by Prince Tonye Princewill as chairman.
