Finally!
Will it be eureka for Nigerians the day after, or will the hopes, expectations and aspirations of February 25th turn to frustrations, disappointment and disillusionment in the weeks ahead?First, will the election be free, fair and credible? Will the results stand or will we have another June 12 fiasco on the horizon? Who will win between Nigeria and the politicians? Will the outcome beget peace, unity in diversity and wholesale transformation? Highly unlikely.

Naira redesign: Evaluating effectiveness of CBN's communication - ITREALMS
Commentary@ITREALMS ... making leadership SENSE with digital news!
There is a popular theory that Nigerians are resilient. The CBN naira redesign policy put that famous theory to the test in several ways. People have been stretched in a myriad of directions in the scramble to overcome the scarcity of new naira notes. Banking halls, ATM points, and Point of Sale (POS) stations are packed out with people seeking cash to handle everyday transactions.
Every day over the last couple of weeks has been a nightmare for most Nigerians. Many have struggled to pay for the essentials including food not because they don't have money but simply due to the challenge of accessing funds from the banks.
Banks have been vilified for this reason. Some have even called them 'economic saboteurs'. This perception unfortunately led to attacks on bank branches including arson. Preventable.

Nigerians, who bewitched us? - ITREALMS
How do you reconcile the evil that the current Federal Government has become, despite its populist posture? What is Buhari's obsession with currency change, everytime he sits as President? Why are politics and terrorism the denominators for the rush to redesign new notes and push out old ones? Why are our policymakers and leaders leaving substance and chasing chaff? Why must the average Nigerian bear the brunt of the incapacity and ineptitude of Buhari and Emefiele?
How much more damage must be done to the Nigerian economy and the livelihoods of Nigerians before caution is applied? Where is the wisdom in forcing Nigerians to deposit their old bills while new bills are largely unavailable? Why the uncomfortable silence from the responsible authorities, save for flashes of opinions?
