Airtel Africa's net profit has jumped five-fold to $156 million in the first quarter of 2025, driven by strong growth in its mobile money and data businesses.
The company's revenue rose 24.9% to $1.415 billion, fueled by tariff adjustments in Nigeria and a strong performance in Francophone Africa.
