The Federal Bureau of Investigation has alleged that money laundering suspect, Abass Ramon, aka Hushpuppi, paid N8m or $20,600 to the embattled Deputy Commissioner of Police, Abba Kyari, to arrest and detain a “co-conspirator,” Chibuzo Kelly Vincent.
A document issued by the United States District Court for the Central District of California and dated February 12, 2021, alleged that Hushpuppi contracted the services of Kyari after Chibuzo allegedly threatened to expose an alleged $1.1m, about (N452,805,905.20) fraud committed against a Qatari businessman.

The attention of the Nigerian Communications Commission has been drawn to a publication in an online media entitled “Govt renews MTN Nigeria licence amid 20 years of GSM Phones” to the effect that the mobile operating license of MTN has been renewed by the Commission for another period of ten years.

The All Progressives Congress in Ekiti State (Ekiti APC) has reacted to some media reports on its state congresses held on Saturday, reports ITREALMS.
A press statement available to ITREALMS by the Director, Media and Communications, Caretaker Committee, Ekiti State APC, Elder Sam Oluwalana denied what it called misleading media reports that there was violence in Ekiti state during the APC Ward Congresses held on Saturday.
