The Guild of Corporate Online Publishers (GOCOP) has expressed its profound sadness and heartfelt condolences to its Emeritus President and current Enugu State Commissioner for Information and Communication, Dr. Malachy Agbo, following the transition of his mother, Mrs. Laurita Nwakaego Agbo (née Ortuanya), reports ITREALMS.

The matriarch passed away at the Niger Foundation Hospital, Enugu, on Friday, May 8, 2026, after a brief illness.

The Guild of Corporate Online Publishers (GOCOP) has congratulated Mr. Olufemi Oladapo Soneye on his appointment as the Chief Corporate Communications Officer of the Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPCL), reports ITREALMS.

GOCOP also congratulated its pioneer president, Dr. Malachy Agbo who was recently sworn in by the Governor of Enugu State, Mr. Peter Mbah as Commissioner for Human Development and Poverty Eradication.
