Thursday, April 10, 2025, was supposed to be a routine day for candidates at Winsford Comprehensive College in Igbogbo, Ikorodu, Lagos, as they sat for their JAMB Mock Exam. However, the day turned into a nightmare for many based on network related issues and lack of communication, reports ITREALMS.
Parents and candidates, ITREALMS gathered, arrived at the venue as early as 5 am, eager to get the exam underway, scheduled for 6:30 am. Despite the early start, candidates were not led into the exam hall until 7:30 am. But the troubles had only just begun.

Speaking at the median edition of the Times Journalism Alumni Association (TJAA) symposium in commemoration of the 70th birthday of the former director, Times Journalism Institute (TJI), Mr. Ndubuisi Ugbede at the Conference Hall of the Ladi Lawal House, Lagos State Council Secretariat of the Nigeria Union Journalists (NUJ), Alausa-Ikeja on Thursday, Oloja, who dwelt on "Ethical Journalism in 21st Century: The Missing Links" noted lack of political economy of press freedom as main missing link frustrating ethical journalism.

50,000 poor families benefited from ADF rice distribution @Kebbi, Gombe States - ITREALMS

As part of the 2025 Annual National Food Intervention Programme, the Aliko Dangote Foundation (ADF), has distributed 50,000 bags of rice to poor and vulnerable families in Kebbi and Gombe States, reports ITREALMS.

The intervention which took place in Aliero Local Government Area of Kebbi State on Thursday, witnessed the Commissioner for Special Duties, Alhaji Zayyanu Aliero, saying the gesture was in line with the core values of the Foundation's founder, Alhaji Aliko Dangote.
“This is commendable gesture, especially as it will improve the living conditions of the poor and most vulnerable people in the state.

The Oyo State governor, 'Seyi Makinde, has declared his administration's readiness to partner with the United States of America to explore opportunities in solid minerals development, agribusiness, education and other investment opportunities that will benefit both parties.

The pionner chairman, MTN Nigeria, and founder of Diamond Bank, Chief Pascal Gabriel Dozie, has passed away at the age of 85 years, reports ITREALMS.
