The Eastern Marine Command of the Nigeria Customs Service (NCS) has announced a leadership transition, with Deputy Comptroller Esien Etim Esiet officially assuming office as the Acting Comptroller. He succeeds the outgoing Comptroller, AB Jaja, reports ITREALMS.Following his assumption of office, Ag. Comptroller Esiet immediately initiated an extensive tour of operational facilities and high-level stakeholder engagements across the region to strengthen maritime security and trade facilitation.

ACG Dangladima visits Eastern Marine Command, charges officers on discipline - ITREALMS

The Customs Zone C Coordinator, Port Harcourt Zonal Headquarters, Assistant Comptroller General (ACG) SK Dangladima, has visited the Eastern Marine Command of the Nigeria Customs Service in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, reports ITREALMS.
The visit is part of his scheduled tour of all Customs commands in Zone C to get first-hand information on their operations.

The Managing Director, Nigerian Ports Authority (NPA), Dr. Abubakar Dantsoho was on tour of operational and investment campaign to Onne and Rivers Port Complexes, declaring that eastern ports is positioned to increase investment, reports ITREALMS.The two-day visit last Wednesday and Thursday, came on the heels of his tour of Lagos Ports of Apapa and TinCan earlier on 27th November, 2024 signposts the current administration's readiness to deepen Nigeria's competitiveness in vessel and cargo traffic to match the needs of Nigeria's huge population of over 200 million inhabitants.

The Eastern Zonal Executive, Chapter Chairmen, Executives, and all esteemed members of the Association of Nigerian Licensed Customs Agents (ANLCA) Eastern Zone have extended their heartfelt congratulations to the National President, Mr. Emenike Kingsley Nwokeoji, and his National Executive Committee (NECOM) on the successful conduct of the Board of Trustees (BoT) election.This was contained in a press statement issued and signed by the Zonal Coordinator East, Sir Joshua I. Ahuama and the Zonal Secretary East Mrs Chinyere Okere (Ph.D) on behalf of the Association and made available to our correspondent Friday in Port Harcourt, the Rivers state capital.

Signal Alliance to host dinner in honour of Tufekci

be hosted to a dinner in Lagos by Signal Alliance on Tuesday, November 3, 2015,

The meeting which is being put
together by Signal Alliance, CA Partner in sub-Sahara Africa,according to a
press release, is to enable senior executives in the financial, manufacturing
and public sectors rub minds with Tufekci on security, service flow and
disruptive technologies.
The
Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Signal Alliance, AdanmaOnuegbu, said, “The

given deadlines for a new security framework which all banks must adopt before
