A young Catholic priest from the Minna Diocese, Rev. Fr. James Omeh, has lost his life in a tragic accident while en route to celebrate Sunday Mass, reports ITREALMS.
According to eyewitnesses, despite the inclement weather, Fr. Omeh had set out to fulfill his pastoral duties, demonstrating his dedication to his congregation.
The accident occurred when the bridge gave way beneath him, claiming his life.
The Catholic Diocese of Minna has lost a zealous and committed servant who embodied the spirit of Psalm 69:9, "Zeal for my Father's house consumes me."
