To boost the grassroots education and youth empowerment in North-West Nigeria, the First Lady of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Senator Oluremi Tinubu, has conducted an interactive tour of the newly completed President Bola Ahmed Tinubu Academy in the Hadejia Local Government Area of Jigawa State, reports ITREALMS.

The academy, established by the Federal Government through the National Information Technology Development Agency (NITDA), aims to bridge the gap between cutting-edge technology and practical application.
During her extensive inspection of the facility's advanced fabrication and innovation laboratories, Senator Oluremi Tinubu bypassed standard ceremonial protocols to engage directly with the student body.
The First Lady watched and listened attentively as the students enthusiastically demonstrated a variety of hands-on practical activities, ranging from vocational crafts to digital and technical experiments.
She was accompanied on the tour by the Director-General of NITDA, Malam Kashifu Inuwa Abdullahi, who explained how the academy's research and fabrication labs will nurture local innovators and tech entrepreneurs.
The First Lady commended the students' focus, urging young Nigerians to maximize the state-of-the-art resources at their disposal to prepare for leadership roles in Nigeria's evolving global digital economy.
