The University of Nigeria Teaching Hospital (UNTH), Enugu, has pledged a full-scale investigation into allegations of negligence linked to the death of Mrs. Charity Unachukwu, who was brought to the facility on September 20, 2025, reports ITREALMS.In a statement signed by the hospital’s Public Relations Officer, Uchelue Boniface, UNTH extended its condolences to the Unachukwu family and acknowledged the grief expressed in the widely circulated account of the incident.

Buhari returns to UK on medical trip
The President, Muhammadu Buhari would today, Tuesday begin a
four-day medical trip to the United Kingdom (UK), reports ITRealms.
Confirming this to ITRealms,
Senior Special Assistant to the President on Media and Publicity, Alhaji Garba Shehu,
said the President would see his doctors.
“In the course of the technical stop-over for aircraft
maintenance in London on his way back from Washington last week, the President
had a meeting with his doctor,” he disclosed.
Pointing out that the Doctor had requested the President to
return for a meeting which he agreed to do.
He also said, President Buhari is expected back in the
country on Saturday, May 12th.
Shehu further recalled that on his return, the President’s
two-day State Visit to Jigawa, which was postponed because of the All
Progressives Congress, APC’s Ward Congresses will now take place on Monday 14th
and Tuesday 15th May.
