The NNPC Ltd declared that the fuel queues seen in some parts of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) and in the country, alleging that it was due to flooding and thunderstorm, reports 
ITREALMS.

According to NNPC spokesman, Olufemi Soneye, he associated the fuel queues as a result of disruption of ship-to-ship (STS) transfer of Premium Motor Spirit (PMS), also known as petrol, between Mother Vessels and Daughter Vessels resulting from recent thunderstorm.
