An unidentified man who claimed to be a client of Revolution Plus owned by Mr. Emma Bamidele, has cried out alleging he was scammed to the tune of N40 million for some 20 plots of land over six years ago, threatening to kill himself, reports ITREALMS.

The man in a viral video obtained by ITREALMS on social media, also threatened to take his own life following his discovery of no structure and no refund of his hard-earned money, which he laboured for abroad.

Breaking: Court strikes out Falana charges against Zinox chairman, Ekeh on alleged N170m fraud - ITREALMS

The High Court of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) presided over by Honourable Justice C. O. Oba sitting in Court 32 has struck out Charge No. FCT/HC/CR/469/2022 filed by Falana & Falana against the Chairman, Zinox Technologies, Leo Stan Ekeh and officials of Technology Distributions Limited, including Mrs. Chioma Ekeh, Chris Eze Ozims, Shade Oyebode, Charles Adigwe and others over an alleged fraud involving a N170m contract with the Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS).

This follows a letter dated October 28, 2022 from the Office of the Attorney General of the Federation (AGF) and Minister of Justice, Abubakar Malami, through the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions of the Federation (DPP) to Falana & Falana withdrawing the fiat earlier granted them in May 2022 and also directing them to immediately withdraw the said Charge constituted as FCT/HC/CR/469/2022 leveled against Mr. Ekeh and the others, based on the findings that the fiat was obtained on misrepresentation and concealment of material facts by their client, Mr. Benjamin Joseph of Citadel Oracle Concepts Limited.

The First Bank Nigeria Plc has alerted Nigerian customers that their Naira Mastercard would no longer be used to access dollarised account, effective September 30, reports 
ITREALMS.
Information available to ITREALMS indicated that due to current market realities on foreign exchange, was why the bank is discontinuing the services of its other cards.

Nigeria has handed over the chairmanship of the West Africa Telecommunications Regulators Assembly (WATRA) to the Republic of Guinea, reports 
ITREALMS.
Prof. Umar Garba Danbatta, outgoing Chairman, West African Telecommunications Regulators Assembly (WATRA)/Executive Vice Chairman, Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC), and Mr. Sekou Oumar Barry. Danbatta hands over to Mr. Barry, the new WATRA Chairman, during the 19th Annual General Meeting of the Assembly in Conakry, Republic of Guinea recently.
This is coming as the Nigeria's flagbearer at WATRA, Prof. Umar Garba Danbatta also listed the achievement of his tenure.

Having successfully piloted the affairs of the West Africa Telecommunications Regulators Assembly (WATRA) as Chairman in the last one year, Nigeria has handed over the mantle of leadership of the Assembly to the Republic of Guinea.
Prof. Umar Danbatta, the Executive Vice Chairman (EVC) of the Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC), who served Nigeria's tenure as the Chief Executive Officer of Nigeria's national telecommunications regulatory authority, handed over to the newly elected Chairman of the Assembly, Sekou Oumar Barry, of tge Republuc of Guinea.

Shell doles out N48m grant on LiveWIRE beneficiaries - ITREALMS

A total of 117 young entrepreneurs from the Niger Delta have graduated from the Shell Nigeria LiveWIRE programme and have been awarded a N48m grant to either establish or expand their businesses, reports 
ITREALMS.
This, ITREALMS gathered, brought the number to 7,913 the total of beneficiaries of the youth enterprise development programme since inception in 2003.
