ITREALMS ... making leadership SENSE with digital news!

The Executive Vice Chairman (EVC) and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC), Prof. Umar Garba Danbatta, has commissioned an e-library at Mumbayya House in Kano, reports ITREALMS.
Confirming this development, the Director, Public Affairs at NCC, Dr. Ikechukwu Adinde said that commissioned the e-library of the Aminu Kano Centre for Democratic Studies, an arm of Bayero University, which was donated by the NCC in line with the Federal Government’s commitment to the promotion of digital economy programmes.

Also, Danbatta had given a lecture at an event organized by the Kano Civil Society Forum (KCSF), an umbrella body of over 200 women's rights groups, in conjunction with the Aminu Kano Centre for Democratic Studies of Bayero University Kano, to mark the 2022 International Women Day (IWD), which Danbatta chaired yesterday in Kano State.

ITREALMS recalled that Bayero University Kano (BUK) is situated in Kano, Kano State, and was founded in 1975, when it was renamed from Bayero University College and upgraded from university college to university. It is the first university in Kano State.
