iSON targets 3 new platinum partners

iSON Technologies, a subsidiary of the iSON Group and acclaimed Africa’s largest Information Technology (IT) and Information Technology enabled Services (ITeS) company, has expressed resolve to have at least three new platinum partners before the end of 2017, reports ITRealms.

Speaking in Lagos at a media parley, the Chief Growth Officer, iSON Technologies, Mr. Akshay Grover, made this disclosure to ITRealms.

He also said that this anticipation will give a boost to iSON presence in almost 25 countries in Africa, even as the company is determined to grow its presence on the continent of Africa.

Grover said that the company’s target of three high-end partners is expected to be achieved in the next 12 months.

Specifically, he disclosed that iSON desired partners could come among Microsoft, Avaya and Juniper.

According to him, iSON preference for partners cuts across product line, pricing and those who have the service offering aggressive DNA in their kitty.

In addition, he said, the potential partners must also have Middle East and Africa (MEA) as its focused region, because “iSON is 100 per cent focus on this region.”

He further said that the group investment so far is between 25 million and 50 million United States Dollar (USD) as the Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) attracted into the continent of Africa.

The Chief Growth Officer of iSON equally expressed optimism that this FDI could reach $100 million, stressing that the company plans to equally grow the workforce.

He noted that iSON formed in 2010 now has some 650 employees, while some 100 of these employees are in Nigeria, whereas 95 per cent of this figure remain Nigerians.

“We service MTN and Airtel, Stanbic and Oando, Total are some of the Nigeria’s companies in our clientele,” he said.
