Centre for Information Technology and Development (CITAD), has condemned the Jigawa State command of the Department of State Services (DSS) for the informal and unprofessional summons of its programme officer, labeling the action as direct harassment and intimidation, reports ITREALMS.The incident involved CITAD’s Programme Officer in Jigawa State, Mustapha Muhammad, who was instructed via a telephone call to report to the state DSS headquarters today, Friday, March 27, without any formal written notice or clear justification.
