Speaking as a major sponsor at the opening of the 49th Nigeria Annual International Conference and Exhibition (NAICE) hosted by the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE) in Lagos, General Manager of Development and Subsurface for Shell Nigeria Deepwater, Kun Jiang, emphasized the organization's enduring belief in the nation's potential.
