The forum, held on May 14, 2026, brought together key ecosystem partners to analyze how organizations can deploy smarter, faster, and more secure network architectures to support a rapidly expanding digital economy.

Central to the dialogue was the operational transition from legacy networking models to intelligent, AI-driven infrastructure and the enterprise adoption of WiFi 7.

With businesses aggressively scaling up digital operations, the event tackled a foundational question: Is your current infrastructure ready for the speed of modern transformation? Ecosystem experts at the event emphasized that modern workloads demand agile, scalable, and highly resilient solutions.

The sessions unpacked the complexities of handling edge-to-cloud connectivity, Internet of Things (IoT) integration, AI-enabled networking, and advanced zero-trust security frameworks.

Speaking on the strategic alignment, Dr. Ifee Kojo, Country Manager at HPE Operated by Selectium, underscored HPE’s mandate to modernize enterprise infrastructure and future-proof corporate connectivity.

"HPE is driving transformation across the entire technology ecosystem, from the data center to the edge, and from IoT to AI-powered connectivity," Dr. Kojo stated. "Our focus is on helping businesses strengthen security, improve scalability, and build intelligent infrastructures that support innovation. Through our strategic partnership with TD Africa, we are effectively extending these cutting-edge solutions into the market, ensuring organizations have the tools to compete globally."

Echoing this sentiment, Chioma Chimere, Coordinating Managing Director at TD Africa, pointed out that traditional views on corporate networking have completely evolved.

"Networking today is no longer just about basic connectivity; it has become the fundamental backbone of enterprise transformation," Chimere asserted. "As organizations embrace AI, cloud environments, remote operations, and data-driven systems, the need for secure, intelligent, and scalable infrastructure becomes hyper-critical."

She reiterated TD Africa’s commitment to equipping its channel partners with the technical insights, distribution architecture, and support required to confidently navigate this technological paradigm shift.

Through continuous collaboration with global Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) like HPE, TD Africa reinforces its position as the premier distributor of enterprise tech solutions across Africa; providing local markets with direct access to global innovations backed by robust technical expertise.
