Governor Ademola Adeleke of Osun State has expressed sorrow and sadness over the tragic death of a female staff of the University of Ilesa, reports ITREALMS.
Reacting to the unfortunate incident this evening, Mr Governor charges all relevant government agencies to follow up on the root cause of the accident and ensure that those responsible are brought to book.
