Akande unveils NCC's TELCARE centre @Terminal C Abuja Airport - ITREALMS

The Chairman, Board of Commissioners of the Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC), Prof. Adeolu Akande, at the weekend, lead guests to unveil the Telecom Consumer Assistance, Resolution and Enquires (TELCARE) Centre at the Terminal C of the Nnamdi Azikwe International Airport, Abuja, reports

TELCARE, ITREALMS gathered, is the beginning of the helpdesk project expected to adorn some airports and other similar public locations across the country.

The Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC) has launched its Telecom Consumer Assistance, Resolution and Enquiries (TELCARE) desk, at the arrival lounge of the Nnamdi Azikiwe Airport, Abuja, reports

The Executive Vice Chairman, NCC, Prof. Umar Garba Danbatta, made this disclosure on Wednesday, during the commemoration of the 2023 World Consumer Rights Day, with the global theme: “Empowering Consumers through Clean Energy Transition” in Abuja, the Federal Capital Territory (FCT).

NCC sets up TelCare Desk to enhance consumer protection - ITREALMS

The Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC) has advanced plans to establish the Telecom Consumer Assistance, Resolution and Enquiries (TELCARE) Desk, reports ITREALMS.

The Desk, ITREALMS gathered from the Director, Public Affairs, Dr. Ikechukwu Adinde in a press statement quoted the chief executive officer of NCC, Prof. Umar Garba Danbatta as saying, will be strategically located in different parts of the county to serve as an additional platform to receive and facilitate the resolution of consumer complaints.
