Soludo assures AASDU of partnership - ITREALMS

The Governor of Anambra State, Prof. Chukwuma Soludo has assured that the Association of Anambra Sttw Development Unions (AASDU), being the official umbrella body for all Anambra town unions, trade and professional organisations in Lagos will be carried along in his governance of State, reports ITREALMS.
Chief Amechi Ebeledike,  AASDU President, Ichie Mezie Okoye, AASDU 3rd Vice President, Chief Dr Chidi Anyaegbu MFR, and HE, Prof C.C Soludo,  Governor of Anambra State at the event.
The Governor, accompanied by his Security Adviser, AVM Chiobi (rtd) made the assurance Wednesday, May 11 during his Security and Investment Fund Raising Dinner with Anambra Igbos in Lagos.

The event, chaired by the Anambra State Security Trust Fund Chairman and AASDU Lagos Patron, Chief Dr. Chidi Anyaegbu, MFR, dwelt mainly on the precarious Security and Investment situations in Anambra, and the plans to fix it.

Some high profiled individuals and corporate organisations, including AASDU Lagos donated to the fund.

Responding to AASDU exclusive presentation, HE Prof C.C Soludo promised to visit Lagos again in six month's time with all assurances that AASDU Lagos will be carried along going forward.

The Speaker and Deputy Speaker, Anambra State House of Assembly; Chief Victor Umeh, Olisa Agbakoba - SAN, Chief Mike Umeh - Sims Electronics, etc attended the event.

The MDs of Fidelity Bank, Zenith Bank, UBA, FBN Holdings were also in attendance.

AASDU Lagos delegation was led by Chief Sir Amechi Ebeledike - President, with Nze Basil Osuokwu, Chief Ugo Ofodile and Chief Mezie Okoye - 1st, 2nd & 3rd Vice Presidents in that order, as well as AASDU scribe, Barr. Ubaka Nwonwu among others.

The Anambra State Women Association Lagos (ASWAL) was represented by the president, Mrs Rita Okoli alongside her Vice and Secretary.
