The Compassion in World Farming has identified the top three developments in cultivated meat to watch out for in 2023, just as more commercial players are expected to enter the United States market, reports ITREALMS.
Speaking on the forthcoming Extinction or Regeneration conference, taking place on May 11 and 12, CWF noted, it will bring together experts and stakeholders from around the world to share solutions, including the potential of alternative proteins, in support of food system transformation.
