The Hon. Olumide Osoba's sponsored bill for an act for the establishment of Obafemi Owode Vocational Skills and Entrepreneurship University in Obafemi/Owode Local Government Area of Ogun State on Wednesday passed through second reading at the House of Representatives, reports ITREALMS.
The Deputy Speaker, Benjamin Kalu presided at the Plenary session and Osoba in his presentation explained that the establishment of the University in Owode was not just a mere legislative action but a crucial step towards realising the aspirations of the people.
