The Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC) has moved decisively to address the widespread Quality of Service (QoS) degradation and network outages frustrating subscribers across Abuja, officially confirming the cause as a diesel supply disruption, reports ITREALMS.
The Commission, in a press statement available to ITREALMS, endorsed by its Head of Public Affairs, Mrs. Nnenna Ukoha, directly linked the service interruptions to the activities of the National Oil and Gas Suppliers Association (NOGASA).
