The appeal was made during an advocacy visit by the CLM team to the traditional ruler of Losi-Oba, Odogunyan in Ikorodu, HRH Rasaq Balogun, to address infrastructural and operational deficits at the Losi-Oba Primary Healthcare Centre (PHC). Receiving the delegation in his palace, the traditional ruler reiterated his steadfast commitment to advancing grassroots healthcare development.
Speaking during the visit, the State Lead for CLM, Mrs. Ifelunwa Aipoh, explained that the project is strategically designed to bridge the communication and operational gap between healthcare providers and community members. Aipoh emphasized that active monitoring, transparency, and accountability are indispensable to reviving primary healthcare delivery.
“The active involvement of community leaders is crucial to ensuring that challenges are brought to the attention of appropriate authorities and addressed sustainably,” Aipoh stated.
Detailing specific challenges confronting the facility, the State Coordinator of Civil Society in Malaria Control, Immunisation and Nutrition (ACOMIN), Mrs. Bunmi Tejumola, raised alarms over severe shortages of essential medical consumables, inadequate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and a complete absence of daytime security personnel at the Losi-Oba facility.
Tejumola warned that the scarcity of PPE severely compromises infection control protocols, exposing both healthcare workers and patients to heightened risks of communicable disease transmission. Furthermore, she stressed that daytime security is urgently required to maintain a safe and orderly clinical environment.
Providing insight into ongoing interventions, State Programme Officer Taiwo Adakan disclosed that the CLM team is actively deploying community-led initiatives to supply essential consumables as immediate stopgaps while high-level advocacy engagements with the government continue.
Adakan also introduced the innovative OneImpact mobile application to the monarch. The digital platform enables residents to access vital prevention guidelines for malaria, tuberculosis, and HIV, locate nearby healthcare clinics, and anonymously report barriers to care, stigma, or discrimination.
The CLM team urged the traditional ruler to leverage his esteemed office to sensitize subjects on utilizing the digital tool, thereby fostering early health-seeking behavior throughout the domain.

How Priest Alaska Helped Save Our Relationship and Bring My Fiancé Back.
We were truly happy together, and I never imagined my fiancé would leave me until it actually happened. Back when we were happy, I told him to keep anyone in his circle who wanted to sabotage our relationship in check. He did so and assured me that everyone was happy. However, I saw his family differently; in reality, they lied about me and did everything they could to tear us apart. Consequently, he left me. I never cheated on him, but they told him I was having an affair, and he believed it. My efforts to win him back were unsuccessful until Priest Alaska helped me. He advocated for me, resolved the issues, and ensured my fiancé realized how his sister had manipulated him into forgetting me. I am glad I contacted Priest Alaska; now we are getting married soon and will be together forever. If you would like to contact him, here are his details: Website: https://dralaskaspellcaster.mystrikingly.com. Email: alaskaspellcaster44@gmail.com
