Some techsavvy OBIdients have fished out the portal from where the controversial screenshot results of Ekiti presidential election were manufactured and released five days before the general elections, reports ITREALMS.
This is coming as they also released the result of Ebonyi presidential results ahead of INEC announcement.
Investigations by ITREALMS revealed that some techsavvy OBIdients few hours after the screenshot made its way into the social media discovered its origin.
ITREALMS gathered that the portal manufactured and released the purported Ekiti presidential results, few hours after the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) announced the result five days after with APC topping the chart with 201,486 votes, PDP 89,554 and LP 11,397 in that order.
According to a tweet by one of the OBIdients @Fishfmlagos, disclosed that the Ekiti results were sourced and printed from http://liversults.civichive.org.
The tweep also showed an Ebonyi update with Labour Party winning with 150,421 votes, APC 35,188 and PDP 6,115, while NNPP was allocated 1,639.
The alleged Ebonyi presidential election result 2023 which has every similarity with that of Ekiti already making a round on social media, was updated last on Sunday 26, February 2023 at 11:39.50GMT with registered voters at 1,597,646.
