RGERA denies Tinubu's interest - ITREALMS

ITREALMS ... making leadership SENSE with digital news!

The Royal Gardens Estate Residents’ Association (RGERA) in Ajah, Lagos State has denied any investment interest of former governor of the state, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, reports ITREALMS.

Residents, in a public disclaimer of recent reports that RGERA belonged to Tinubu, said there is no evidence in such a claim, describing it as "misconception by some members of the public."

According to residents, their attention has been drawn to the misconception by some members of the public that the Royal Gardens Estate situated in Ajah, along the Lekki-Epe Expressway, belongs to Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

"For the avoidance of doubt, please note that the estate was developed by Trojan Estates Limited and plots sold to private individuals who have been developing their properties. The undeveloped plot holdings belonging to Trojan have been relinquished," they said.

RGERA also pointed out that neither Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu nor his family members live in the estate or have any property therein.

"The estate is inhabited by private individuals who are not in any way connected to Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu," the residents insisted.
