Simplex names Omiogbemi, HOBD

Simplex, an information technology solution company, has named a seasoned industry sales and marketing professional, Mr. Imokhai Omiogbemi, the Head of Business Development (HOBD).

Omiogbemi is comes to Simplex with extensive experience in IT sales both in hardware and software.

Confirming this to Daily Champion, the Managing Director, Simplex Business Solution, Mr. Femi Adeniyi, said that Omiogbemi would be responsible for Simplex Marketing and Sales strategy as well as management as they move to the next phase of their growth and development.

“We are consistently embarking on strategies to provide quality service that will improve our clients’ competitive edge and profitability. As part of these strategies, we have engaged Imokhai as a member of our management team,” he said.

He also said that Omiogbemi is an Economics graduate with over six years experience in business development and has a good track record with various IT organizations in the hardware and software industry.

As said by him, Omiogbemi began his IT career in 2001 and has since worked with different IT organizations in Sales and Marketing capacity to help improve their businesses and gain market share, in addition to attending several trainings on Business Development and Management.

Simplex Business Solution, he noted, was incorporated in Nigeria in 1997 primarily as an Information Technology company with a focus on development, marketing and support of business software solutions.

Since then, Adeniyi pointed out that Simplex has successfully introduced over 14 business software solutions into the Nigerian market.

Equally, he said, the company has clientele base that cuts across different sectors of the Nigerian economy, including banks, insurance, oil & gas, health and manufacturing.
