MultiChoice’s dealer declares customer week for subscribers

A dealer of MultiChoice Nigeria, Tard Engineering Limited, last week, declared a two-day customers appreciation week for subscribers of Digital Satellite Television (DStv) products, reports CHARLES OKOH.

The Managing Director of Tard Engineering Limited, Mr. Abdulkarim Balarabe, said the customers’ appreciation week is designed to help subscribers and intending subscribers get on-the-spot answers to enquiries made regarding the DStv.

Balarabe said the appreciation week would also assist those customers who did not get complete system during the Incredible Promo Offer the chance to get a complete system.

“This is a week of appreciating our customers, for those who did not get DStv system; they can walk into our office and get a complete system within this period,” he said.

Commending the management of the company for the laudable initiative, Head, Corporate Communications Department, MultiChoice Nigeria Limited, Mr. Segun Fayose, said the customers’ appreciation week would encourage loyal subscribers of the DStv brand to know that MultiChoice has their interest at heart.

The image maker of MultiChoice Nigeria while apologizing to customers who could not get a system last December emphasized that bringing down the cost of single view decoder from N29, 900 to N9000, is a clear indication that the company has listening ears to its subscribers.

“DStv’s unparalleled family entertainment packages allow subscribers flexibility in price and choice without compromising quality or variety and the aim of this new pricing is to ensure that our decoders are found in every home” he said.

MultiChoice Nigeria, the subscription management company for DStv, currently has 23 super dealer outlets across the federation.
