...Targets 5% share rise in market share through EPC Projects
The NNPC Engineering and Technical Company (NETCO), a subsidiary of the Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPC Ltd), has announced a 137 per cent increase in operating profits for the year 2023.
This was disclosed by the Chairman of the company’s Board of Directors and Executive Vice President, Downstream, NNPC Limited, Mr. Adedapo Segun, at the Company's 34th Annual General Meeting held in Lagos, on Friday.

The National President, Association of Nigerian Licensed Customs Agents (ANLCA) Mr Emenike Nwokeoji has declared that the era of operating without license as a clearing agent will soon be a thing of the past, reports ITREALMS.

Speaking to members of ANLCA Eastern Zone, who trooped in their numbers to welcome him Monday, in Port Harcourt the Rivers State capital after returning from the recently concluded ANLCA election, he said "operating without a license is limiting yourselves" even as he insisted that going forward, the licenses would begin to count for effective operation as a licensed customs agent.

MultiChoice extends call center service hours for festive season

MultiChoice Nigeria has reiterated commitment for better service delivery to its customers this Yelutide season by extending Call Centre operating hours, reports ITRealms.
The Managing Director, MultiChoice Nigeria, Mr. John Ugbe, disclosed this in Lagos to ITRealms, saying that the extension was in bid to shape the business anticipation of customer needs.
He also said MultiChoice call centre operating hours will now be from 8 am to 12 am Monday to Sunday from December 4th till the 31, 2017.
He explained that normal operating hours of 8am to 9pm will resume from 1st January, 2018.
Ugbe pointed out that the extension of the Call Centre operating hours is one of the ways the company is making it easier for customers to reach and get support during the festive season.
"By extending our operating hours, we will be able to enhance the level of service delivery this yuletide in a significant way,” Ugbe said.
He further said that the company takes a ‘customer first’ approach which involves anticipating customer needs, especially during the festive season when families are expected to often sit together at home to enjoy.
"They may also need to make enquiries or find out more about other products or services," he declared, stressing his team remain committed to implementing solutions that will resonate with customers and lead to improved customer service.
He assured that MultiChoice toll free numbers will be in full operation and available on major network providers.
ITRealms recalls that the toll free lines are 09090630333 for Etisalat, 07080630333 for Airtel, 08113630333 for Glo and 08149860333 for MTN.
Equally, ITRealms gathered that customers could also resolve queries through Twitter;@DStvNg and @GOtvNg.
