As the case between Citadel Oracle Concept Limited and Zinox Technologies returns to court, a document from the Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS) has put a lie to the claim under oath by Benjamin Joseph, CEO of Citadel, that he was not aware of the contract executed by his company at FIRS.
It will be recalled that Joseph, in his statement on oath in suit No: LD/4335/2014 in the High Court of Justice, Lagos State, dated 28th June, 2019, averred that his company, Citadel, did not execute any contract with FIRS and that he was not aware that a contract had been awarded to Citadel.

Stepping down the document: Fiducia Supplicans - ITREALMS

Commentary@ITREALMS ... making leadership SENSE with digital news!

The internet has been awash with sensational journalists writing high and low about the new documents released in Rome. Indeed, I felt the gravity of the problem yesterday evening when, within an hour, I got four calls from priest friends and religious asking if I have seen the new document and what sense do I make of it. I was lucky to have glanced through it before their calls came, so I responded to them and, like the document, advised them to bypass journalists and go read the document itself. Now, in catechism format, I attempt to simplify the document.

Data Sciences showcases Cabinet-Safe, document management solutions @GITEX

The management of the Data Sciences Nigeria Limited at the on-going GITEX 2014 is showcasing its Cabinet-Safe, a document management and workflow solution, reports ITRealms.

Managing Director and chief executive officer of Data Sciences, Mr. Aniekan Etiebet said that Cabinet-Safe combines document management with contact management, file sharing and workflow.

He stressed that organisations could manage scheduling items and tasks while supporting documents with one system.

Etiebet explained that Cabinet-Safe avails users the centralized repository for all documents and thus accessible and managed thereby eliminating the inefficiencies of having documents scattered across file cabinets, shared drives and local hard drives.

Cabinet-Safe, he maintained has a rich set of built-in features that allow businesses to deploy the software ‘out of the box.’

He pointed out that documents could even be shared with outside contacts using the Cabinet-Share service.

Underscoring the fact that businesses need a document workflow solution like Cabinet-Safe, Mr. Etiebet said that virtually every business has documents that flow through some kind of work process, including but not limited to expense reports, purchase orders and travel requests.
