The lawmaker representing Lagos Island Constituency II at the Lagos State House of Assembly, Hon. Suleiman Olanrewaju Afinni, has distributed capital equipment to artisans and cash support of ₦50,000 each to some 500 petty traders in his constituency, reports ITREALMS.

The Afinni Job Ready Programme, a one-month employability and soft skills training initiative for fresh graduates, graduates, and job seekers in Lagos Island II, has entered its second phase, reports ITREALMS.
Participants, ITREALMS gathered, are now focusing on cleaning up their social media profiles, re-strategizing their personal branding, and preparing for mock interviews to enhance their chances of success in the upcoming job fair.

The maiden edition tagged 1st Elders' Games and Palliative Programme held at Christ Cathedral Primary School, Broad Street, Lagos had over 250 beneficiaries who smiled home with food items and a N20,000 each in line with the Christmas and New Year season.
