The Nigerian Society of Chemical Engineers (NSChE) at the weekend inducted the Managing Director of Shell Nigeria Exploration and Production Company Limited (SNEPCo), Ronald Adams and 19 others as Fellows for outstanding contributions to the profession.
They were accorded the highest honour of the Society at its 55th conference and annual general meeting held on Saturday November 15th in Enugu. NSChE National President, Bayo Olarewaju-Alo, advised them to continue “to inspire younger engineers, shape industrial polices and drive sustainable growth through innovation and ethical practice.”

The Executive Vice Chairman/Chief Executive Officer (EVC/CEO) of the National Agency for Science and Engineering Infrastructure (NASENI), Mr. Khalil Suleiman Halilu said the agency would double the number of female Engineers in Nigeria over the next five years by 2029.
The EVC/CEO made this pledge today Friday at NASENI Headquarters, Abuja during the official launch of “Developing Engineering Leaders Through Her” (DELT-Her), an event which also coincided with the global commemoration of (IWD).

Participants in the training were drawn from REAN membership, and representatives of renewable energy companies affiliated with REAN such as Pragmatic Technologies, Acob lighting, Azuri Technologies, Lex Environmental, Ashipa Electric Ltd to name a few.
