KStar UPS debuts, promises to cater for every power demand – ITREALMS

Acclaimed band in the Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS), the KStar, has made its official debut into the Nigerian market with a promise to cater for every power demand across various sectors of the economy, reports ITREALMS.

KStar, ITREALMS gathered is a member of Simba Group, founded in 1993 as high-tech enterprise to professionally integrate and manufacture of infrastructure solutions for data centre industry, precision air conditioner, power distribution devices, batteries, network server cabinets and environmental monitoring system as well as keen on renewable energy solutions.

According to the company representative, Mr. Prasanna Sridhar who spoke at the unveiling in Lagos, said one of the reasons for this introduction is to provide its specialized power backup solutions, capable of handling mission-critical electrical equipment including hospital diagnostic and surgical apparatus, data centres and bank ATMS.

“Unlike traditional online UPS systems, KStar products could handle a wide range of applications which have peculiar power needs such as factory machinery, where power requirements at startup are huge and where power failure can often lead to significant cost escalation, as machines need to cool down and be restarted,” he pointed out.

He promised that different ranges of KStar UPS could cater to every power demand and needs cross all sectors, including manufacturing, oil and gas, medical establishments, businesses among others.

Equally speaking, the Head, Simba Services, Mr. Suresh Kumar assured customers of service support , declaring that Simba Service in Nigeria provides power audit consultation, installation, 24 hour customer support and annual maintenance contracts.

“At Simba, we believe that total satisfaction is only achieved when a good quality product is supported by attentive and responsive customer-care and after sales services. Simba service is at the heart of our value proposition to customers,” he said.
