The Nigerian Content Development and Monitoring Board (NCDMB) recently held the inaugural Champions of Nigerian Content Awards in Yenagoa, Bayelsa State, reports ITREALMS.

Leading the list of honours was the former president, Dr Goodluck Ebele Jonathan (GEJ), Engr. Tony Attah, Managing Director of Renaissance Africa Energy Limited, and Iroghama Ogbeifun, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Starzs Investments Company Limited.

In what seems like a pathing gift for the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) sector in Nigeria, President Goodluck Ebele Jonathan (GEJ) has signed the long-awaited Cybercrime bill into law, reports ITRealms.

Reports exclusively reaching ITRealms indicated that Mr. President signed this Act on Friday, May 15 at Aso Villa late afternoon.

This is a much clamoured cybercrime law has suffered set back in scaling through the National Assembly since early days of return of democracy in the country.
