The International Press Institute (IPI) Nigeria has announced its decision to establish an endowment prize at the University of Abuja (UniAbuja) in memory of its late Treasurer, Rafat Idris Salami, reports ITREALMS.
The prize is intended to inspire students of the institution to uphold the core journalistic values of integrity, courage, and selfless service that the late Treasurer exemplified.

The Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC) on Tuesday endowed Professional Chairs on University of Lagos, Modibbo Adama University in Adamawa and the University of Nigeria, Nsukka at the head office Maitama Abuja, reports ITREALMS.
The Commission’s collaboration with the Academia, ITREALMS gathered have some Nigerian Universities designated to host endowed Professorial Chairs.
