Leading a high-level delegation from the United Nations and Humanitarian Country Teams to nutrition and cholera treatment centres in Maiduguri, Borno State, Fall commended the extraordinary courage of frontline responders while demanding an immediate end to attacks on aid personnel and civilian infrastructure.
