In line with its stakeholder outreach, the Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC) on Friday, December 20, 2024, hosted a virtual forum to present the draft on Application-to-Person (A2P) Licensing Framework, reports ITREALMS.
The Application-to-Person or A2P offers stakeholders Messaging services and a term used to describe one-way messaging from an application to a person.
