This is coming as the Local Organising Committee (LOC) has unveiled the banner for the 2024 Lagos Motor Show.

Disclosing this to
ITREALMS at a media parley to unveil the official banner and some classic cars on Thursday at LargeHouse, Maryland, Chairman, Organising Committee, Engr. Gbenga Adebayo, said that the two-day motor show would have the revered emir presiding with classic cars of over 40 years coming to the show.

He also revealed that not less than five governors to be led by the current chair of the Nigerian Governors Forum and the Governor of Kwara State, Mallam AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq among other high-profile dignitaries will be attending the two-day show.

According to Adebayo, aside LMS being a showcase of its kind with display of various models that depict ancient and modern, there is a space for the vehicles of the future.

He said, for instance there would be Tech Theatre to be powered by KK Kingdom among other leading technology-driven motor companies emerging in the country, while exploration of Artificial Intelligence cum Internet of Things is expected to be on the display as some modern cars now come ICT-equipped.

Adebayo pointed out that entrance is ticketed as participants are anticipated to be guided to ensure that they have seamless experience with exhibitors who are coming from far and near with expensive classic cars of all times as well as some Electric Vehicles.

“Lagos Motor Show is talking about cars or vehicles of yesterday, today and tomorrow,” he declared, saying that there must be a historical path to the event.

Potential participants, he told ITREALMS could get tickets at Tix Africa or the Lagos Motor Show website for details.
