Today photo of the day from the ongoing #EndSARS protest nationwide, is that of Jane Obiene, reports ITREALMS.
Her name is Jane Obiene (@MsObiene) from the #EndSARSNow Protest at the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Abuja.
ITREALMS gathered that Jane has been unemployed since 2013 partly because of her disability but she managed to join the protest and someone shared the picture below on Twitter and the picture started trending.
Initially the target was for N1.5 million for a duration of one month, but barely hours after the online fundraising campaign via donate.ng.com was meant for N1,500,000 for a prosthetic leg to help her move better and increase her chances of getting a job, the amount has been doubled to N6.7m by donations.
Aside, she is and still represent positive Nigeria's spirit.
