As the world continues to mark the month-long 10th anniversary of Girls in ICT, the Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC) through its Lagos Zonal office, took the sensitization campaigns to some secondary schools, reports ITREALMS.

NCC, ITREALMS gathered were at the Girls Senior Secondary Grammar School Obalande and Girls Academy Senior Secondary School, Lagos Island, Lagos.

The National Information Technology Development Agency (NITDA) has warned Nigerians to be wary of IGVM file extension, reports ITREALMS.

A IGVM file is a file-encrypting ransomware infection that restricts access to data including documents, images, videos by encrypting files with the “igvm” extension.

As part of activities marking the second anniversary in office of the Oyo State Governor, 'Seyi Makinde, on Friday, commissioned one of the Start Them Early Programme (STEP)-Oyo school projects, an agribusiness initiative, at the Methodist High School, Ibadan, and a model school building at the Muslim Grammar School, Odinjo, Ibadan.

He equally commissioned the upgraded Staff Clinic within the premises of the State Secretariat, Agodi, Ibadan, and flagged off the breast and cervical cancer screening, while also handing over nine Luxury Buses to the Oyo State Civil/Public Service for ease of transportation for the staff.

NNPC records 314% rise in trading surplus in February - ITREALMS

The Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) has announced a ₦39.85billion trading surplus for the month of February 2021 representing a massive 314.24% leap from the ₦9.62billion surplus it recorded in January 2021.

This is contained in the February 2021 edition of the NNPC Monthly Financial and Operations Report (MFOR), according to a press release by the Group General Manager, Group Public Affairs Division of the Corporation, Dr. Kennie Obateru.
