The Federal Government has signaled a reinforced push to integrate traditional institutions into its national security and development frameworks, reports ITREALMS.
Representing President Bola Ahmed Tinubu at the 8th Executive Committee Meeting of the Northern Traditional Rulers' Council (NTRC), the Minister of Information and National Orientation, Mohammed Idris, emphasized that the administration views traditional rulers not merely as custodians of culture, but as essential pillars of governance and peacebuilding.
