The Federal Ministry of Education has officially distanced itself from a controversial History textbook titled "Living History," which has been accused of excluding the history and culture of the Igbo people, reports ITREALMS.
The Ministry, in a statement by its Director of Press and Public Relations, Folasade Boriowo, declared that the book is not an approved instructional material and has never been recommended for use in any Nigerian school.
