The Nigeria Customs Service (NCS) Zone C Headquarters in Port Harcourt was filled with tributes and celebration last week as Assistant Comptroller General (ACG) Kamal Mohammed officially retired from active service, reports ITREALMS.
The event, marking his mandatory retirement at age 60, served as a dual-purpose occasion featuring the commissioning of the newly reconstructed Customs Area 1 Clinic and Quarter Guard.
