As at the end of second quarter of 2023, the telecommunications sector's contribution to the nation’s Gross Domestic Product (GDP) has increased significantly to 16 per cent, reports ITREALMS.
This is contained in the data reported by the Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC) based on the computation by the Nigeria Bureau of Statistics (NBS).
