The keynote will set the tone for this year’s theme, “Geopolitical Turbulence and Energy Security: Forging Strategic Opportunities for Africa,” scheduled to hold on Thursday, November 19, 2026, at the Radisson Blu Hotel, Ikeja GRA, Lagos, starting at 10:00 AM.

Engr. Chuka Eze is an accomplished engineering executive and business leader with nearly three decades of national and international experience across engineering design, project management, procurement, construction, operations and maintenance, and corporate leadership.
He holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Electrical Engineering from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka (UNN), where he emerged as the Best Graduating Student in Electrical Engineering for the 1995 session. He also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Management from UNN.
Engr. Eze’s technical career spans senior roles in the energy sector, ranging from field engineering to commercial asset management and executive control. His international credentials include detailed engineering assignments as Resident Engineer in Germany and system integration projects in the United Kingdom.
He joined the Oilserv Group in April 2019 as General Manager of Frazimex Engineering Limited and was appointed Managing Director in May 2021. Under his leadership, Frazimex has expanded its technical footprint, built a high-performance workforce, and elevated its operational visibility across West Africa.
Notable among his technical leadership contributions is overseeing the multidisciplinary engineering teams behind the detailed design of the Ajaokuta–Kaduna–Kano (AKK) Gas Pipeline Project (Segment 1), comprising a 40-inch, 303.4-kilometer pipeline, a 24-inch, 15-kilometer spur line, and associated processing facilities.
A committed advocate for local content and human capital development, Engr. Eze actively mentors emerging engineers, drives professional excellence, and champions gender equality by empowering qualified female engineers across the sector.
Engr. Eze is a Fellow of the Nigerian Association of Technologists in Engineering (NATE), a member of the Chartered Institute of Directors (CIoD), and a registered corporate member of the Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN) and the Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE). He is also an ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems Lead Auditor and a frequent participant in global energy forums, including the Offshore Technology Conference (OTC) and the Sub-Saharan Africa International Petroleum Exhibition and Conference (SAIPEC).
His industry honors include the 2022 Nigerian National Legacy Award for Best Deep-Water Technology and the African Prize for Leadership Excellence (2022) as Oil and Gas Personality Leadership Prize Winner of the Year.
