ITREALMS ... making leadership SENSE with digital news!

The coach of French Ligue 1 side FC Lorient, Christophe Pelissier, has applauded the Super Eagles new kid, Teremas 'Terem' Moffi, who is making his debut with Super Eagles in today friendly with Cameroon, reports ITREALMS.

Terem, the Ogoja prince, ITREALMS gathered, had in recent past season scored 14 goals to help modest Lorient to stay up in the French top flight after they had taken the chance to sign him from Belgian club KV Kortrijk for a record eight million Euros last summer.
“Terem is a man of gold,” declared Lorient coach Christophe Pelissier, stressing that “It’s amazing the state of mind of this player. He ticks all the boxes of a top-level player.”

Also, Pelissier disclosed how he personally pushed for the club to sign the striker.

“I pushed the club president by saying he was really the player who suited the style of football that I wanted to play,” he revealed.

“It was a risk that the president took.

“He said to me, ‘You know he only played six games (in Belgium).’

“I said to him, ‘I think he has a big potential and he will express himself at our club.”

ITREALMS further gathered that Teremas 'Terem' Igobor Moffi is a Nigerian professional footballer who plays as a forward for FC Lorient.

Born on 25 May 1999, the 22 years Nigerian starboy is 1.88m in height and born to Barriester Leo Moffi, who was a footballer too, who played a goalkeeper in his heydays in the field of play.

Currently, Terem plays for FC Lorient as Number 13 / Forward), and is expected to also play for the Nigeria national football team as Forwarder tonight.

ITREALMS recalled that Moffi reportedly left Nigeria to join Buckswood Football Academy at the age of 17, and thereafter moved to Lithuania with Kauno Žalgiris. He later joined Riteriai, but had visa issues that delayed his debut.

Terem is reputed to have scored 20 goals in 29 leagues games at Riteriar, and transferred to Kortrijk in January 2020.

On 1 October 2020,
ITREALMS further gathered, he signed with FC Lorient in the French Ligue 1, while on May 14 2021 the Super eagles head coach Gernot Rohr enlisted Moffi in his 31-man list to face the Cameroon national team in a friendly game slated for June 4 2021 in Austria.
